3D IC 기반의 multi-die 적층 기술이 빠르게 확대되면서, PSI(전력/신호 무결성)와 Thermal 분석의 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있습니다.
현재 당사는 on/off-chip PSI 분석 역량은 보유하고 있으나, Thermal 분석은 패키지 레벨 일부 과제에서만 제한적으로 진행되고 있어, 향후 multi-die 프로젝트를 위해 chip-level 및 multi-die-level Thermal 분석 체계 구축이 필요한 상황입니다.
이 포지션은 당사의 다음 세대 multi-die 설계 기반을 만들어가는 핵심 역할입니다. 합류하시는 분은 PSI/Thermal 분석 methodology를 직접 설계하고 내재화하며, 향후 다양한 multi-die 과제를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있는 기술적 기반을 함께 만들어 가게 됩니다.

Principal Accountabilities
- Power integrity (IR drop) 분석 flow 구축
- Signal integrity (EM, voltage drop) 분석 및 최적화
- Thermal analysis 및 hotspot 최적화 방법론 개발
- Power grid 설계 가이드라인 수립
- Dynamic/static power 분석 및 저전력 설계 기법 적용
- PSI/Thermal signoff 프로세스 구축
- 설계 단계별 PSI/Thermal 검증 방법론 개발
Key Performance Measures
- Thermal analysis 경험 필수
- Ansys RedHawk / RedHawk-SC / RedHawk-SC-ET 경험
( Cadence Voltus 계열 가능 ) - Scripting (shell, tcl, python, perl, etc.)
Qualifications
- 국내*외 이공계 학사 이상 학위 보유자
- PSI(IREM) 관련 경력 5년 이상 ~ 15년 이하 (10년 내외 우대)
